$30.5 million design/build project. Scope of services includes electrical design for a new 80,000 sq ft Bachelor Enlisted Quarters, support space and parking structure. Components include 192 residential units, a 200-stall parking structure and the addition of a 650 ton chiller and associated equipment. Project is pursuing LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
