Located along a unique bike and pedestrian corridor, Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering for the 99,000 sq ft R&D space atop a 64,000 sq ft, 2-level parking garage. The following areas were included in the core and shell work: Parking garage, main building lobby, elevators/stairs, restrooms, electrical rooms, tel/data rooms, and mechanical rooms. Systems included major MEP equipment, building emergency power system, and provisions for a co-generation system. Scope included exterior lighting, retail shell space, and common areas.
