Designing a Building’s Infrastructure

Randall Lamb provided dry utility mechanical services and coordinated the routing of new underground utilities for the new Telemedicine Center, the doorway to the School of Medicine on the UCSD campus. The scope included creating a plan for new chilled water, high temperature and natural gas piping system, and identifying points of connection to existing campus utility systems.  Planned and coordinated with other existing utility lines, new manhole locations, new isolation valve locations, expansion devices/loops, insulation system and metering stations.
