Takeda Embraces LEED

MEP engineering for a first floor remodel to provide a new office, multi-purpose room, and non-prep kitchen. Scope of services included HVAC systems and controls, plumbing systems, normal electrical distribution, emergency electrical distribution, lighting systems, fire alarm, and supporting utilities. Randall Lamb prepared the LEED Prerequisite Commissioning Plan, which included the functional test prerequisites, functional test checklist and functional test procedures.  Systems commissioning involved complete functional test records for nine VAV boxes, one kitchen exhaust fan, and lighting/ventilation occupancy sensors for all rooms in the East Lunch Room areas.
