SDCCD Miramar College, Parking Structure and Police Substation, San Diego, CA

Community College Obtains LEED Platinum

Electrical engineering for the design/build construction of a new 815-car, three-story, above-grade parking structure on the Miramar College campus. The police substation will provide a central hub for campus security, wayfinding and parking permitting. The police station building  achieved LEED Platinum Certification, and is the first LEED Platinum project for a community college in San Diego County.
