A Multi-Use Educational Facility

Electrical design and site lighting services for the design/build construction of a new 5-story 85,000 sq ft building with a 120-seat lecture hall, 100-seat multipurpose room, two 40-seat conference hall classrooms, two small conference rooms and an instructional computer classroom.  The facility houses the Chancellor’s corporate education center; four floors of academic classrooms and labs for math, social and behavioral sciences; and offices for the District’s military education program.   The project includes a courtyard with outside seating, a convenience store and satellite bookstore, as well as a 7-story parking structure adjacent to the building, with 400 stalls.
