World Class Offices

Based on Pfizer’s rigorous building standards and value management team approach, Randall Lamb transformed an acquired lab building into a world-class office building. The 2-phased project converted 54,000 sq ft of lab space into new office space, renovated 30,000 sq ft of existing office space and converted the 3,200 sq ft parking/storage into high density file storage, work room, open office and file storage area. Mechanical design consisted of transforming 100% outdoor air lab systems into energy-efficient mixed air systems serving primarily office space.
