MEP services to remodel the existing first floor, north OT/PT area into a new 8,600 sq ft, 24-bed Observation Unit. The electrical scope of work included the design of normal and emergency lighting plans, power plans, fire alarm plans, nurse call plans, and low voltage plans. In addition, a new electrical room and switchgear was added to support the additional electrical needs. Mechanical services included the addition of a new air handler unit.
