A Building Breathes Again

MEP engineering for the complete renovation of an existing 81,000 sq ft structure that had been abandoned for several years prior its purchase by BD Biosciences. The interior was gutted to the building shell and all new building systems were installed. Implemented in two phases, the renovations included 66,000 sq ft of offices, conference rooms and support, and a 15,000 sq ft customer training facility. Scope included new emergency power generator as backup power to critical lab systems.
