MEP engineering for a 4-story building that will accommodate eight future life science tenants. The facility includes laboratories and offices, a central chilled and heating hot water system, manifold exhaust system and under slab industrial waste system. The complete scope included sanitary waste and vent, lab waste laterals for future tenant improvements, domestic hot and cold water, air handling and exhaust, smoke control, DDC controls, electrical distribution, emergency/standby power, fire alarm, network services cable tray and raceways.
