LEEDing the Effort

Randall Lamb provided a master plan analysis for a new 4-building campus including a central plant and utilities loop, as well as recommendations for project phasing.  The scope included MEP core and warm shell for 249 East Grand Avenue, followed by 259 East Grand Avenue five years later. The first building is LEED Silver, and the owner/design team received an incentive from the local utility company.  259 East Grand is slated for LEED Gold, and anticipated to include solar and additional sustainable measures.  Randall Lamb served as the Project Team Administrator and was responsible for overseeing the entire LEED process.
