Research on Mission Bay

MEP design and construction administration for a new 156,000 sq ft, 5-story Class A building on the Mission Bay West Campus, located near UC San Francisco. The multi-tenant facility accommodates laboratory and office spaces and the infrastructure was designed to anticipate future growth. Randall Lamb later completed a 30,000 sq ft renovation for the third floor Innovation Center, as well as an MEP review and construction administration for 30,000 sq ft on the second floor. The renovations included lab/sanitary waste, industrial/domestic water, compressed air, lab vacuum, pure water, specialty gases, air conditioning, air handling, exhaust, DDC controls, electrical service, emergency/standby power, fire alarm and tele/data raceways.
