Unique research facility on the Scripps Research Institute Campus, which houses several large nuclear magnetic resonance machines which generate high magnetic fields.
Goal: Design a maintainable lighting system that creates drama and visual interest, and that will flawlessly operate in large magnetic fields.
Solution: Two lighting systems were designed using Wave Guide Technology and Remote Source Illumination, via a network of fiber optic cables.
