Historical building - 100 year old bricks are brought back to life in the form of a $40 million commercial / mixed-use development with surrounding park grounds. This project is comprised of 32K SF of retail and restaurant space, 21K SF of office space and a 252 room Hilton Hotel which honors the past and provides all of the modern amenities. Lighting designers created a mood of fantasy and practicality by placing fixtures at different levels, as though they are twinkling stars in a sky.
