300,000 sq ft high school in the Poway Unified School District. The school's design included an industrial technology lab, computer labs, physics lab, library, administration offices, television broadcast studio, multi-use gymnasium, auditorium, food service, concession stands, maintenance facility, tennis courts, parking lots, roadways, pathways, and sports fields. Green design practices resulted in a facility with dramatically reduced cooling power consumption and utility bills. In the gymnasium, our lighting designers used an indirect lighting scheme and received the International Illumination Design Award (IIDA).
