The project included a restaurant, new parking garage and meeting spaces. The Randall Lamb lighting designers created a lighting scheme to enhance the atmosphere of the hotel. The wooden truss ceiling of the 20-foot high lobby is highlighted with concealed up-lighting and large, stained glass chandeliers that emphasize the interior style of architecture. Various themed fixtures integrate with simple down-lighting to add comfort and craftsman ambiance to the entire hotel. SDGE Savings by Design incentive earned on the project was $20,742.00 for the high efficiency lighting and HVAC systems installed in Buildings 1 and 2.
