200,000 sq ft classrooms and laboratories. The project included infrastructure upgrades and enhancements to chemistry, biology and biochemistry labs, an auditorium, classrooms, offices and support spaces. Additionally, a 16,000 sq ft lab was renovated and a new chemical storage building was constructed. We performed extensive fieldwork to evaluate the existing conditions of the building structure and systems. We designed systems to incorporate new equipment into the complicated existing building conditions. Our attention to detail and design expertise helped to produce engineering solutions that accomplished more upgrades for less money.
