MEP Central Plant Upgrade will support the new 106,509 sq ft Social Behavioral Science Building. $43.1 million project was designed to support chilled water demands for the new building as well as other near-term projects on the campus. Expanding the chilled water capacity significantly increases efficiency of the plant. Scope of services includes the addition of four (4) modular hot water boilers.
