60,000 sq ft, 6-building complex. This new 6-building complex served the special design aspects of a performance building with a theatrical lighting/dimming system, artist studios, graduate studios, a wood shop building, and a gallery/exhibits building. Our team worked together with the faculty to develop a facility that would meet the functionality requirements and provide a visual signature for the Visual Arts Department. To be consistent with the desired visual appearance, we specified exterior lighting fixtures that complement the architecture. These fixtures matched the exterior finishes, and also complied with stringent campus lighting regulations.
