Electrical engineering for the addition of a 1-story, 45,000 sq ft, 47-guest Ronald McDonald housing facility. Addition includes 4,350 sq ft executive office space over an existing 6-story, 1,016-car parking garage that was previously designed by Randall Lamb. The project is seeking a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Gold Certification.
