Provided MEP services to remodel the existing first floor, north OT/PT area into a new 8,600 sq ft, 24-bed Observation Unit. The electrical scope of work included the design of normal and emergency lighting plans, power plans, fire alarm plans, nurse call plans, and low voltage plans. A new electrical room and switchgear added to support the additional electrical needs. Mechanical services included the addition of a new Air Handler Unit.
