1.2 million sq ft Class A office tower and hotel (design-build). Project included a 34-story Class A office tower, 27-story Marriott Suites Hotel, a 5-level parking structure and the 2,255-seat Copley Symphony Hall.  The office structure offers a timeless design with its exterior mix of glass and pink granite. Mahogany paneling adds a touch of richness to the elevator cabs and lobby areas. The bay windows that protrude from the top floors offer unmatched panoramic views of the city.
