$57 million, design/build project for the MARSOC headquarters facility in Camp Pendleton. Phase II provides electrical engineering services for the design and construction phases of the project. The project facilities include a Headquarters Building (85,000 sq ft), Supply Facility (73,000 sq ft), Paraloft (20,000 sq ft), Academic Instruction Building (22,000 sq ft), Armory (8,900 sq ft), and Motor-T Facility (9,150 sq ft). Project is pursuing LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.
