Facility Expansion - lighting, power and signal systems concept design to expedite fast track, modified, design-build delivery process. Design included exhibit halls, formal ballroom, meeting rooms, lobbies, circulation areas, vehicle tunnel, utility access tunnel, loading docks, commercial kitchen, and supporting service spaces. Communication design included state-of-the-art telecommunications system, security system, intercom/public areas, fire alarm system, and a central audio / visual system.
