Mission Valley East - a new system of tunnels and an underground station for the Metropolitan Transit Development Board, located on the San Diego State University (SDSU) campus - mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Randall Lamb engineered the relocation of all existing underground and overhead telephone, fiber optic and cable television that would be impacted by the new construction. Strong coordination with Pacific Bell, Cox Communications and Teleport Communications was necessary to relocate all utility lines.
