Wells Fargo acquired the 33-story, 633,000 sq ft building in 2005 to house operations and administration functions. Randall Lamb provided electrical and lighting design for 180,000 sq ft of offices plus a 5,000 sq ft server room with 250kW UPS. Ongoing tenant improvements for Wells Fargo underway as other tenants vacate the building.
