Symphony Towers is a 26-floor high-rise building consisting of offices and a hotel. A design-build project, Randall Lamb provided electrical and lighting design services.
The Tower's design included interior and exterior power, lighting, fire alarm, telephone, voice/data and television distribution systems.
This centrally located project, just minutes from the Historical Gaslamp Quarters, is the original mixed-use building of downtown. At the time of its completion it was the largest office building, hotel, and parking structure housed under one roof.
Challenge: To design and build the sky-lobby which arches over the existing building from which the project takes its name…Symphony Hall.
