Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering and lighting design for the complete renovation of two circa-1940s buildings in downtown La Mesa. Sustainable design strategies throughout the 12,000 sq ft building include 100% daylighting, significant re-use of construction materials, innovative and highly efficient mechanical systems, furnishings with high recycled content, and cool roof. Randall Lamb is pursuing a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Silver certification for the building.
