Historical building - 100-year-old bricks are brought back to life in the form of a $40 million commercial / mixed-use development with surrounding park grounds. Randall Lamb provided electrical and lighting design. This project is comprised of 32,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space, 21,000 sq ft of office space and a 252-room Hilton Hotel which honors the past and provides all of the modern amenities. Lighting designers created a mood of fantasy and practicality by placing fixtures at different levels, as though they are twinkling stars in a sky.
