Randall Lamb provided MEP engineering for tenant improvements to 57,000 sq ft of Class A office space on the second and third floors of this high rise building, known as the landmark Hills Plaza Building at 2 Harrison Street. Highly effective, flexible, open and energy efficient space boasts recyclable materials, significant daylighting and exposed systems.
